I ordered 6 June 3 items. Endless issues, delivery delayed by months, item arrived 2nd week of October minus crate and dropped on the ground (shockingly bad delivery company). Only part of item delivered 1of2 other one missing. Other 2 items ordered still not received. Lack of communication regarding shipment delays, deliveries and timing. Very disapointed.

Products look good - unfortunately have been chasing a return since November, have called the customer service team and numerous follow ups to process a due refund. Can someone please action this, it cannot be that hard?

I received the Georgia cot and was terribly disappointed with the quality. From the white paint being chipped on one side of the best, to the legs being so fragile that even the slightest move or push would throw the whole cot/change table off balance. I am shattered as I really wanted this to be our dream nursery but I'll be purchansing new furniture for the baby sooner than later.

I’m happy with the product but dissapointed with the delivery time I did a pre order back in may with products to arrive end of September. My products arrived late November with my cot still to come in January. My baby will already be born then. It’s just dissapointing that our nursery won’t be ready for bubs arrival

Delayed delivery. I ordered the cot in July and was advised it would be delivered late sept and it arrived in Nov. Bubs had been born by then and we therefore needed to hire a cot in the interim. They were however responsive to emails when I asked for updates.

It's hard to write a review when we have not received half our order nearly 5 months after it was supposed to arrive. Thank goodness it's a set of drawers we are waiting for an not a cot. We would have had to ditch the incy one and purchase another brand as our baby would have no where to sleep right now having needed to transition from the bassinet. The cot we did get is nice. The mattress is quite lumpy so I'd recommend buying a mattress from elsewhere. The issue with this company is that they don't seem to have any stock in Australia. Covid is not there fault so I accept the delays in relation to that but our projected delivery date is now and April for something we ordered in August. It's not good enough. Communication has been ok, but it's taken until now to get an agreement to have our expensive delivery fee refunded (though this has not yet been processed after a week). Incy keep offering store credit but I will not be ordering from them again.
