I have still not received my order that was placed at the beginning of Oct 2024, with a devliery date for 31/10/24 stated by Incy at the time of purchase. I was then told Christmas and then Easter delivery, which as not happened, with no further update on the order.

The bed is damaged, I have contacted incy who haven’t been very helpful at finding a replacement piece. As such, I will need to purchase a new bed for my daughter. Very disappointing.

Stay clear. They lie lie lie. Do not buy from Incy Interiors. I bought a bed and side table in January 2024 Still waiting. Was told in June it had arrived in their warehouse but after many promises to deliver we are still waiting

Do NOT order from this company, it's a scam. I placed an order last year and continue to receive emails saying the shipment is delayed, the company went into liquidation etc.

Purchased and incy cot from baby bunting that was faulty. Baby bunting adv to contact incy, incy adv to contact them. The cot was damaged in numerous areas and they were not willing to help or offer a partial refund. Highly disappointing

It took months for our products to arrive. During the extended wait time Incy customer service didn’t once contact me to update me on delivery times. I contacted them numerous times to get updates and each time they said there would be a delay. Delays are a part of life post Covid but the team should go more to keep customers updated.

After extensive delays the actual quality of the furniture is pretty poor - chipped paint, cracks and discolouration of the wood showing through the paint coating. Originally asked for a refund but even that process was delayed weeks so eventually requested full replacement which takes 6 months.

Ordered cot in October 2021 still waiting for it to be delivered baby 7mths now, emails about delays etc. Only holding out because it's the cot we want but for future buyers beware not the best service at all and you will be waiting a long time to get it especially coming from overseas. No happy at all

Buyer Beware! I'll keep this short as I'm confident it will get deleted anyway. I placed the order in December with a February 28th arrival and it is now April 20th with still no furniture and no expected date. I am now due to have the baby and I have nothing! I am beyond disappointed. I understand that COVID has been unforgiving for business' and it has been difficult. But I have been strung along for months now with promises of ships arriving, etc. and it's not good enough. I'm past being understanding and empathetic now. I hope I can prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Worst experience ever!! Ordered the ‘teeny white’ package in March 2021, website listed expected delivery in May (I was due in August, plenty of time!) Finally received at end of June. Both the cot and change table were terrible quality. Issues included - obvious scratches to items - discolouration of the wood - extremely poor craftsmanship (pre cut screw holes not lining up with each other, not enough pre cut holes, backboard of change table not fitting frame, screws showing through) Emailed them immediately with all appropriate paperwork and photos and the refund process dragged over the next 2.5 months. Delays included getting the refund approved, organising the items to be picked up (their choice not mine, I would’ve just throw out), and actually receiving the refund Finally received the refund in mid September with a 6 week old baby and no nursery furniture

Item was late in arriving and then when it did turn up I was shocked by the poor quality of the drawers. Very flimsy and do not easily glide on runners. One doesn’t shut properly. Will never buy your products again, very disappointed.
