“Beautiful product. Well made & true colours as depicted in pictures. Mattress slightly disappointing, feels springy & not as firm as expected when reading item description prior to purchase. Could do with an overlay of for an adult sleeper to help cover the feeling of the springs, otherwise very happy with our purchase. Delivery company let down the experience slightly with one item missing from order, but probably just an unlucky moment, item turned up soon after lodging with them about the missing box. Will buy again through Incy!”

“They delivered my items quickly. I had an issue with the wrong parts coming, but they expressed the remaining items in the post. Very easy to deal with. Their beds are strong and easy to put together”
