“Products look good - unfortunately have been chasing a return since November, have called the customer service team and numerous follow ups to process a due refund. Can someone please action this, it cannot be that hard?”

“I received the Georgia cot and was terribly disappointed with the quality. From the white paint being chipped on one side of the best, to the legs being so fragile that even the slightest move or push would throw the whole cot/change table off balance. I am shattered as I really wanted this to be our dream nursery but I'll be purchansing new furniture for the baby sooner than later.”

“Worst experience ever!! Ordered the ‘teeny white’ package in March 2021, website listed expected delivery in May (I was due in August, plenty of time!) Finally received at end of June. Both the cot and change table were terrible quality. Issues included - obvious scratches to items - discolouration of the wood - extremely poor craftsmanship (pre cut screw holes not lining up with each other, not enough pre cut holes, backboard of change table not fitting frame, screws showing through) Emailed them immediately with all appropriate paperwork and photos and the refund process dragged over the next 2.5 months. Delays included getting the refund approved, organising the items to be picked up (their choice not mine, I would’ve just throw out), and actually receiving the refund Finally received the refund in mid September with a 6 week old baby and no nursery furniture”

“I’m happy with the product but dissapointed with the delivery time I did a pre order back in may with products to arrive end of September. My products arrived late November with my cot still to come in January. My baby will already be born then. It’s just dissapointing that our nursery won’t be ready for bubs arrival”

“Delayed delivery. I ordered the cot in July and was advised it would be delivered late sept and it arrived in Nov. Bubs had been born by then and we therefore needed to hire a cot in the interim. They were however responsive to emails when I asked for updates.”

“I purchased the Eden Queen bed and am obsessed! The rose gold colour looks stunning and everyone comments how great the room looks. It was really easy to assemble and the Incy team were so lovely to deal with - can’t wait to purchase a Ralph bed for the spare room!”

“Incy Interiors has the most amazing furniture for kids and grown ups. The quality is superb and the furniture is so current and on trend. I love how easy it is to look after and user friendly. I have several products from Incy and have recommended the products to all of my friends. I will be purchasing a bed for myself very soon as the products are high quality, modern and there are so many products to choose from apart from beds. Can’t speak highly enough of the products from Incy Interiors definitely five stars. Also the customer service is fantastic will continue to purchase from this company in the future 😀😀”
