After not receiving half of my order I thought to myself, "not a problem, mistakes happen, I'll just give them a call". I've currently made and drunk a brew, put a wash on, wasted at least half an hour scrolling through Facebook and finally got to the point of taking to the internet to write reviews about the nonexistent customer services and equal nonexistent other half of my order... there are plenty of people looking for work at the moment ikea, maybe you could employ a few of them as call centre staff??
Needless to say that when I move house next year I won't be buying any of my new stuff from ikea!
