Customer Service is terrible. I ordered items to be shipped. waited all day for the delivery... nothing. Days later hadn't been able to get a hold of anyone so we cancelled the order. We've called multiple times, sent emails, messaged them on Facebook....nothing.
Still waiting for the Refund and its been 4 weeks. Absolute Worst Service Ever.
