Visited Ikea Edmonton (London) came out of an 'entry' door by mistake, security told me lift was not working so that's why door was open, security promptly asked to look in my bag,
I did this because I didn't have time to confront the Issue then and there, sent email to customer service, received reply, within time frame to be fair, just! Email stated random searches were normal procedure (whatever that means) to protect Ikea.
Not shopping there ever again, problem solved for me.
