Reading several other reviews it would appear that mine is a common complaint. Three texts declared a delivery today 1-5pm; with driver to call an hour in advance.
Took the time off work to await the delivery (computer desk) and, as of 7pm, nothing heard.
Tried calling 30 minutes ago to hear automated voice "queues of 45 mins" followed by an annoying Abba tune seemingly on repeat. Gave up to go eat.
Just tried calling again and "queues 60 mins" and the same damned Abba tune.
Needless to say I shall not be doing any further business with them. In this day and age there are plenty of reliable retailers. Ikea charge a premium price for their delivery but, if my experience and the other similar reviews are anything to go by, they deliver a 3rd rate service.
