A simple REFUND of £9.95 has been delayed for over six weeks. NINE (9) Members of IKEA back-office staff handled the matter and even today, the refund has not been concluded.
IKEA e-voucher has been agreed for the REFUND, Two different dates were given to me that the IKEA e-voucher was emailed on 14th June 2021 and then yesterday the date was changed to 16th June 2021. Both were fake dates, the e-voucher was not sent at all.
