You advertise out of stock items, you do not advice waiting customers whom have asked for notifications of item(s) back in stock. You change delivery times without notifications.
Most of your furniture is out of stock in The Havsta range, and you give no indication of when back in stock, just a pile of repetitive excuses. Get your act together as there are many other competitors out there!
