I’m soooooooooo extremely disappointed with IKEA!!!! I canceled my order due to their inability to deliver it on time. It has been 2 weeks and they still haven’t processed my refund. I have called Multiple times, have been on hold for hours wasting my time and every time I call they tell me that the payment team is just working on it now and they are issuing my refund as we speak. I cannot believe this! It HAS BEEN 2 weeks and I hear exactly the same statement from them every time I call. Is this a joke?!
I want my money back!!!!!!!
