I have a guilty pleasure.
After careful consideration, I decided to buy my bed frame from IKEA SA. I was excited as it took almost a month to decide on the design and hard-wearing. I bought it, assembled it, and was as happy as one non-Swedish person could be. Then it happened. Eight months in, the bed broke. Cracked down the middle. The beautiful bed frame that I so painstakingly chose and assembled had broken. And all I did was sit on it. I knew this was going to be a challenge. After communicating with customer service. They told me the product is not inclusive of the warranty policy !!??
