This review is directed at customer service or lack of! On August 8 2022 I sign up for kitchen cabinet measurement for $79.00. We are going to remodel our winter home, made airline tickets to the tune of $800.00. We made other appointments around the IKEA measurement person. Then we received an e mail notification of no availability for a measurement . We were asked to reschedule at an earlier time which we could not do. Asked for management to contact me and received NO response. I called customer service and was hung up on Two occasions. Well I guess IKEA has plenty of business and doesn’t need our $12,000 job.
