Ikea have the worst delivery I have ever had. We (me and my my parents who are over 70 years old)are moving to a new apartment and Ikea is supposed to deliver bed stuff to us today by 1pm. However, we waited the whole day maybe until 5:40 since we are so hungry and need to go to grocery store. After we got to grocery store, the delivery guy called and said he is coming in ten minutes and I asked him if he can call me back later. Then he said,”I am good”. I think he is fine with that. However, after I called customer service, they never deliver and said they will deliver on Friday. Which means two elderly over 70 need to sleep on floor for four more days! 1. They changed delivery time and never let us know when they are coming 2. They did not call us 30 mins ago instead 10 mins ago 3. The guy lied . I will never use such a service as Ikea again and my parents maybe get cold since they are sleeping on the floor.
