Really bad experience in every term. Worst customer service. Firstly, the furniture was delivered super late and no one had any idea in the customer care department about where the order was. The QUALITY of material for the furniture was extremely bad. Building some of the items was very complex and got damaged very easily. Bathroom cupboards after a few days got swollen due to moisture and white drawing furniture was easily proved to be scratched. If you order things online there is no easy way to return the items. They say that there is a 365-day return policy but no one tells that the Items such as Mattresses would have to be carried back by the customer to the nearest Ikea store even if they were ordered online. Non-helpful customer care and terrible business service.
