DO NOT trust their delivery timeslot.
I chose the timeslot to be 1PM-7PM. The driver called me at 8:20AM.
I missed it and when I called back at 9am, no one answered. Called up customer support (waited 1 hour to connect), and got told the driver is already too far to drive back and I have to reschedule two days later.
Seriously???
