I express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience, which I placed on August 29th, 2023. My initial delivery date was set for September 2nd, 2023; however, a series of unforeseen issues has resulted in significant inconvenience and financial loss.
On two separate occasions, the delivery of my order had to be rescheduled due to system errors within IKEA's operations. This sudden cancellation of delivery on both September 2nd and the rescheduled date of September 5th has disrupted my plans and caused me considerable stress and inconvenience.
I am very disappointed with Ikea and their customer service.
