The delivery driver didn't ring our doorbell and left our order outside, in the rain. We did get a phone call, but couldn't hear anybody on the other end of the line. We called back five times, but no answer. One of the items we ordered wasn't delivered. When we called customer services, the response was completely unsympathetic and unhelpful. They even refused to refund the 'delivery' charge. We asked to raise a complaint. The agent put us on hold and the call was mysteriously cut off.
