I am trying to get someone from Ikea to deal with a couple of issues regarding the Ikea kitchen I have just had fitted back in December 2024 which have still not been resolved.
I sent the many emails, spoke to various resolution staff and I am still no further forward, I am still unable to open several draws and cupboards, I have not been refunded for a bespoke breakfast bar which I ordered for the centre island or for the payment for fitting it which I paid upfront as part of the installation cost.
I can’t tell you how disappointed I am with the whole thing, the aftercare and lack of empathy for my situation has been poor as are the channels for raising any concern a with Ikea in the first place, I have been on this since before Christmas trying to get it resolved.
I’d be grateful if someone could take ownership of my concerns and contact me to discuss the matter as I will not been letting it go until resolved, this is my last attempt to get it resolved before I go through formal channels to get:
1. The pop openers for the draws and cupboards I can't open.
2.The refund promised for the bespoke breakfast bar
3.Refund for the installation cost of the breakfast bar if it had been fitted, I was quoted £100 by the installer.
For reference the order number for the Kitchen is 1443389479, there will be plenty information on this case as I have spoken the resolution team many times, sent several emails and live chat.
