I was trying to return this item, it is just a days past its return policy. I have decided to bring this back as I was having a sort of on and off should pain this past few months. It wasn't because of any medical problems but because of this matress. I also have a back pain due to my medical condition and now it won't go away and it is making it worst. Tried to call to return but Ikea said it is beyond return policy. What a joke. Shame on you. I bought lots of items here and this is how you treat your customer! I won't recommend your matress because this is how you treat your customer and this product is such a joke!
