I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with IKEA. I received the wrong item, and after calling customer service, they arranged for it to be picked up. However, I never received the correct order afterward.
Each time I called, I was told that my order was on the way — but it never arrived. I feel like I’ve been lied to repeatedly, and there has been no real effort to resolve the issue.
This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. The delivery service they used is unreliable, and the overall customer service has been very poor.
I do not recommend shopping at IKEA based on this.
