The 90-day return policy for mattresses is absolutely ridiculous.
We tested the mattress, then completely wrapped it in plastic, towed it in a minivan, and what happened?
At the right angle and under the right light, the woman at the counter found a stain that was just barely visible. Nothing can be done, it's not possible to return it. Then we had to laboriously repack it there and transport it away, and now we'll probably throw it away at our own expense.
For a 90-day "test" period, I want to see a mattress where I don't find a tiny stain somewhere. Then you just tell me you can't return it.
