Extremely disappointed with IKEA Dublin’s service.
I ordered kitchen doors online — they arrived damaged three times in a row. Each time I returned them, waited for replacements, and they were delivered damaged again.
I even brought the damaged ones back to the store myself, but the replacements still arrived with defects. After weeks of delays and frustration, I’ve lost confidence in their quality control and delivery process.
I expected much better from IKEA. I hope they review their packaging and handling process — customers shouldn’t have to go through this multiple times for the same order
