i am extremely upset on service as they fail to deliver and i was told right at 20.00 that its not possible to deliver after wasting my whole day.
i spoke to total time waster who sound like fedup, he did not offered any apology, when i insisted to talk to manager i was told it take 24 hour to speak to manager, when i requested refund i was left on phone and once again same i dont know how to refund, ring back.
all in all horrible experience PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IKEA
