Dear Ikea Team, I had made a very bad experience with your delivery guys. We paid 150 Euro for delivery service. We just had renovated our flat with a 5 days new wooden floor. Friendly asked to take of the shoes or to put some underlays (like carton) on the floor, unfriendly the denied both. They did not try to solve the problem and (I am not kidding) the drove away without complete the service. I am very angry, its an unprofessional and not competent way of delivery service.
