""Very unreliable. The shipment didn't arrive on the stated/promised day - despite I got a message from IKEA some days beforehand that the items have been shipped to the transportation company.
The customer service at IKEA wasn't very friendly nor competent. They didn't really care.
Just like "where is the problem? The stuff will arrive a bit later. So what..."
Just a big disappointment.
