Upon purchasing almost $5,000 worth of closets, the installers came without the order form and installed the wrong shelving. My call to IKEA customer service was a nightmare. Nobody answers. They keep advertising to you and tell you how customers are important to them and ask to be patient. I finally dropped the call after waiting for 30 minutes. I am not even sure I was connected to a system that would respond if I has waited. Terrible.
You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. This is my last purchase from you !!
