I needed to return one item. I had not opened the box and had the bill.
I choose A express return. It took 65 minutes!
There was no "express".
They had 2 checkouts for B and one for C.
The people returning in A had open boxes, missing pieces and no receipts. I cups have been it in. 20 minutes if I had chosen B. Terrible return procedures at Etobicoke IKEA
