Bought a piece of furniture, 3 out of 4 doors were damaged. Called customer service to see if they would ship the replacemnts. Firstly waited 43 minutes for someone to deign to answer the phone! Then after all that elevator music and the same three messages repeatimg for ALL that time, I finally get someone who then tells me to take the defective pieces back to the store...which would be all very well if we didn't live a full two hours drive away!!!
Their so called "customer service dept" must surely breach the trade descriptions act!! Absolutely appalling!
