We have done a couple IKEA kitchen remodels and they were lovely. However this current kitchen had a problem and it has been impossible to work with customer service. The people are unhelpful. It takes sometimes 45 minutes on hold to get through and then they say, "I have to put you on hold." They promise to email or call back and they don't. There "system" lacks notes. It is SHAMEFUL the way they treat their customers. I have NEVER experienced such poor service on a warrenty!
