Our in-store experiences have been great, but considering the closest location is 2 hours away, we tried to order something online. Big mistake.
After waiting for a week, we only received a small part of an order. There were no markings on the box to show this was "box #1 of #" or anything similar. We called customer service to attempt to find the rest of our order. That was mistake #2. It got to the point where my wife and I were both on the phone, waiting for over an hour, in the hopes that at least one of us would get an answer. Instead of finding help to find the rest of our order, we're looking for help to process a return and refund. I wouldn't expect this level of poor customer service from a local one-person business, let alone a billion-dollar multinational business. Never again. If you can't physically go to an IKEA store to find what you're looking for, don't even bother.
