Their online delivery service is the worst and should be avoided at all costs. They do not properly package their products for shipping and they always end up missing something. When you call customer service to order replacement parts, they give you no time frame for when the parts will be delivered. In my case, it will be 3 weeks at a minimum and possibly longer as I have not received the parts, yet. They have no follow up process, so you are forced to call them back for information and wait on eternal hold. It's amazing how you have to tease the information out of them, when it would take one simple email. As e-commerce goes, they are by far the worst. Product wise, they have great products, just make sure you purchase it yourself, at the store (and always, always check for missing parts before leaving.)
