I bought table online on 2 June, with delivery on 6 June. On 6 June - when I called - I was informed that table won't be delivered till 10 June (Sunday) between 8:00-14:00. I cancelled order and was informed that refund was processed while we spoke.
It occurred to be a lie.
2.5 weeks later, on 22 June, money were still not on my account. I called ikea and was informed that "now the refund was authorized" (which means before ikea's consultant Akhtar S lied to me) with no further explanation. It remains to be seen if I will receive money this time.
What a dishonest way of doing business, hoping that customers won't check their bank accounts after 10 working days...
