Impossible to get through to customer service..I called over a thousand times I am not kidding...(my phone tells me how many times I call a number) and always got the recording that everyone else gets about high volume of calls and then a hang up! Three times I was supposed to receive my furniture, the first 2 we waited all day (they sent a text after the 4 hour window that there was a delay) to finally find out after calling the delivery service that my stuff was not even on the truck! The third time I got some of the furniture and the dresser ONE box of THREE so that didn't work!
The next day I sent an email but never received a reply from IKEA and since it was impossible to talk to anyone on the phone I contacted VISA to retract payment from my card. I was happy that I had charged it on my VISA card! They credited the dollar amount back to my VISA card for furniture never received. This was about a month ago and I never heard from IKEA at all. I would NEVER order anything online from IKEA again.
