Bought a mattress and instead of Ikea delivering it to the room of my choice driver asked me to go downstairs, asked me to signed and left!! Having a heart condition I literally risked my life to lift a whole mattress all by myself. Driver just ignored me. Very disappointed and completely frustrated not to mention that the mattess recycling in non existent! Shame on you IKEA!!!!!!!!
Never again!!!
