Ikea seriously needs to get better with online purchases. Email was generated with order number but after a few days, neither myself nor customer support was able to find the order. All this after bouncing around for over an hour from customer rep to customer rep.
Actually I perceived Ikea to be this amazing chain, but at the end of the day, it is just a below average company who just focuses on sales,
