Delivery of 253 boxes, a kitchen and appliances was due on Saturday 10th August. It did not arrive. A garbled telephone call was received saying that the truck had been “towed away”. I called Ikea, on hold for 30 mins. I was prompted a call back. None received. I called three times today and each time I was promised a return call within two hours. None received.
Ikea have shown total contempt for me as a customer. I have installers who have already been paid an advawhich I will now lose.
