I ordered in advance with a specific delivery date of September 30. I arranged my schedule to be available. I then get notified that it will be October 5th when I am out of town for work.
Incompetent and inconsiderate come to mind Now I am left struggling to find someone to be there to accept delivery.
What is wrong when they cannot do something as simple as keeping their word? I suspect it just wasn’t convenient for their truck so they simply said F you and changed it.
Won’t be buying their again. Might as well buy from a local furniture company and get decent service and assembled furniture.
