We had a problem with our sofa after 11 months. Ikea have been amazing, within the week they had an agent come out to inspect the sofa, and the following day called to say we could replace.
The two Ikea workers who I have been dealing with are June and Stewart. I can only say their professionalism and way in which they have dealt with this has been excellent. I would highly recommend Ikea for price, returns and giving an excellent service.
