I placed an order on line on 26 March 2020 for 2 Grundtal shelves. Delivery was to be 26 April 2020 but payment was taken at the time of ordering rather than at despatch.
Today I recived an emailed
credit reciept (the money has not yet been replaced to my credit card), it appears that my order has been cancelled. No explanation and no reason given.
These items are still available on the Ikea website to order and for delivery. Would definitely not use the Ikea online ordering again, lots of publicity but no action!
