Online ordered 4/12/20. Card was charged immediately. No email confirmation. Over a week to get through to anyone at support. After apologizing to me for not receiving an email and order details, I provided my email address and was told, "I'll resend you a confirmation email and will get another email from the delivery service prior to delivery which should be 4/30"...still waiting for that first email...First experience with IKEA's online ordering...probably will never order with IKEA online again.
