I gave an order on April 13th, 2020. Today is April 28th, 2020 and there is no improvement in my order. It still looks preparing. I try to call and send emails but no answer. They took the money but no products and no information. I feel like I am doing business with a mafia organization. Next time I will be aware and prepared for doing business with a mafia organization. I am really sad about this, I used and liked IKEA so much as an interior designer. I am so disappointed. At least do like Canadian tire and closed online shopping, If you cannot do it right.
