Same issue, ordered $400 worth, delivery was scheduled today between 9am and 12pm. Its 4:30, I'm still sitting here so I go online to check the status and it says preparing order ( which is the process before they pick the items and load) but I had already received an email the said they were " picking the order". Hmmm, the status now is back to the beginning? I called customer service- not taking calls but go online if you have to reschedule. I go online and the only option available is to cancel your order. Meanwhile, I don't know when or if my order is coming and they have taken the money and not communicated ANYTHING TO ME - NO UPDATE OF STATUS - NOTHING!!!
