I was trying to buy an item online since the stores in BC are closed.
Upon check out i've chosen pick up but couldn't complete the transaction, it just was not working!
tried to call provided number but the line was either busy or dropping.
Chat option didn't work due to long queue
Gave up after trying half an hour.
If You hear IKEA complaining about drop in sales tel them to shove it!
The company laid of thousands of workers but can not organize online services.
Hopefully our Government won't give them helping hand because they have a lousy CEO and such!
