Bought a kitchen during the kitchen event ,with the idea that we would be getting 20% back in store gift cards
That was in April we have not received any contact since we purchase our kitchen , tried to phone customer service 3 times totaling 5 hrs on hold .... There is no customer service at this point in time, sad that I need to make a 10 hrs trip to a ikea store to sort this out
