Placed an online order for delivery, never arrived, couldn’t contact company for 3 days as customer service number kept disconnecting me. Finally got ahold of someone and they said they had no idea when the order would be delivered. Canceled. 7-14 days before a refund would be issued. And the interest on the IKEA credit card? They’re keeping that and refusing to refund for a service they didn’t/couldn’t/wouldn’t provide.
