Ordered a bed in-store and paid extra to have the bed delivered within 2 days. Bed didn't arrived on third day. Tried calling - no one would pick up and was just passed to different departments by automated messages. I went online, where I requested for someone to ring me, which they did - They told me it was an IT error at the Tottenham store and I had to go online or to the store to reorder. However, they managed to charge me and said my refund would take up to 14 days. I was told it was impossible to get through due to corona. There was no compensation for my lost, and when requested the complaint department's email, they said my email would just come to them where they will simply apologise.
