It was my mistake, I didn't search for IKEA online order performance.
I order furnitures in June and it was supposed to deliver on 20th July. As there was no call or email on my order status, I called their customer service, one of the worst I ever had, they have no clue on new delivery date and don't have a number of the shipper for me to follow up. They keep on switching the calls and finally just dropped off to my face. Never expected such a disguisting attitude from a reputed company.
If anybody has got the address to escalate this matter to corporate level, please share.
