NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
During the lockdown (6th of June) I tried to order smaller items (nothing large that would incur excessive postage) and the Ikea insisted charging me £30 for postage which was outrageous. So to justify such high postage costs, I ordered a couple of Kallax units. Few weeks later, I found that the postage price for the items I wanted in the first place came down to £9. So I cancelled the order and bought what I wanted with much more reasonable postage. However I still have not received a refund for cancelled order. There is no way to contact Ikea, no email and the web chat is just a robot that is useless. I had to raise PayPal claim and even then Ikea didn’t refund. Weeks later Im still waiting for the resolution. Its has been 5 weeks since I cancelled my order! No contact from Ikea, they just could not care less!
I tried to publish my review on Ikea site and was not able to, each time the message came ‘inappropriate language’. There was nothing inappropriate I wrote in my review, tried to amend many times but still the same. IKEA DOES NOT WANT YOUR REVIEW UNLESS ITS 5 STAR!
