we ordered a lot of furniture from Bordeaux France for delivery in France with a delivery date of 31st July. The goods did not arrive although according to the website they were in transit. When we contacted customer services we were told they next delivery date is 7th September. We have no bedroom furniture having just moved house and are expecting our grandchildren to visit in 2 weeks. So very disappointed with the service as goods were in stock according the website when the order was placed so i cannot understand why there is such a delay.
